INFORMATION about Effecta Supra/Supra Aero
The use of wood pellet burners has been common in Sweden for many years. Swedish technology is in the frontline regarding performance and function. Effecta offers you some of the most clever and well proven products on the market. Our products are mostly self maintenanced which means that they require very little surveillance, only a few hours per season. Effecta has for many years offered house owners boilers and system solutions with top of the line comfort and efficiency. An additional contribution to our wide range of products is the Effecta Supra , a pellet burner.
Construction
The Effecta Supra is developed and manufactured in Sweden. The choice of materials has been done considering the heat created during combustion. This means, only stainless steel whitch is treated to handle temperatures of more than 1300 degrees is used in parts where the combustion takes place. It is approved by the Swedish Test institute.
Function and service
The combustion is highly efficient and enviromentally friendly, and of course fully automatic. An auger feeds pellet into the burner, where it is ignited by an igniter. The combustion is controlled by the auger and the fan. The boiler is heated and and then provides warmth to the house and heat to the hot water. The burner has a sensor that feels the temperature in the boiler and it starts and stops in relation to that. Effecta Supra can be delivered in two versions; Effecta Supra the basic one with a small wall mounted controller and the Effecta Supra Aero for persons who does´nt want to be in their boiler room. Aero model is a self cleaning burner with compressed air, clean it one´s per year, that´s it!
Control unit
You can choose between two version of control units; Supra the small and basic one and the Supra Aero, self cleanig burner with compressed air.
In both control units you can manage the burner and check all things in clear text, it also can manage an electrical heater, a loading unit, a circulation pump and much more. In the the Supra Aero version you also control the self cleaning process.
